We send our yarn all over the world, and even once to Antarctica! (They need something to do down there in the long cold night so why not knit?)
Currency Conversion: You can choose the most appropriate currency for you from our drop down currency menu. You will then see the purchase cost in your chosen currency instead of Australian Dollars.
Examples of Yarn Cost: A 100gm hank of mohair is US currency is approx. $US11.99 and Economy Air mail $US5.49. Overseas customers do not have to pay 10% tax and also can take advantage of a weaker Australian dollar.
Postage Costs: are calculated automatically for you upon checkout. ( If this is not the case, please email us at trejul@coloredjules.com.au)
International Delivery Times: International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 5 to 14 days. Occassional delays, especially at peak times such as Christmas, are to be expected.
International Payment Methods: Our preferred method of payment for international orders is PayPal. If this is not possible, use credit card. Due to fees and charges we cannot accept Checks.
Customs Fees and Charges: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The cost of the item is stated on the customs declaration.
To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes.
