Shipping Charges:
Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels and are calculated automatically on checkout.
Within Australia:
100 to 200gm weight - $3.70; Over 200gm to 400gm - $4.75; Over 400gms - $7.80
International Orders:
Air Mail
(4 to 14 business days depending on destination)
Rates vary from country to country, but US postage for upto 200gms is $A9.50 (or $US7.05 approx.); for upto 400gms - $15.50 ($US11.50).
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, if all items are currently in stock. If
an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you. Orders received
on weekends will be processed on Monday.
Returns
You can return your yarn for refund or exchange if you find you do not like
the colour. To request a refund/return please email or phone us within
7 days of receiving your goods at trejul@coloredjules.com.au

Lost or Missing Parcels
Please ensure you provide us with the correct mailing address to avoid loss
or misplacement of parcels. If you think a parcel has gone astray, please contact
us to find out exact postal date. You may then need to contact your local post
office. For expensive items, you can request express post delivery which is
traceable, or insurance coverage for international orders.
We do not take responsibility for missing or damaged postal items, but will
provide help and advice in dealing with Australia Post.
