Colored Jules Wool on the Web is located at 49 Kewarra Drv., Clifton Springs, Victoria, Australia. It has been created and run by Julie Mather and Trevor Kenyon for over 13 years. We are a small home based business and do not have a shop. Our sales are mainly via the internet, wholesale and occassionally direct to the public via Craft Markets and Fairs. Details we Collect
We gather and store on our database some personal information when you proceed to check out - your name, physical mailing address, physical shipping address (if different than your mailing address), your email address and daytime telephone number.
We use these details to process and send your order and if you indicate it you will receive our very infrequent newsletter.
We store these details in our database and you can access them at anytime by logging into your account. If you wish to order without an account, please phone us, write to us or email us. You can also contact us if you wish for your details to be removed from our database.
Credit Card Number:
We collect your credit card number and expirery date if you choose to pay via credit card through our secure pages and not via PayPal. We do not store your credit card details and at no time is your credit card number stored in our database.
