Kim's 2016 solo exhibition, "Come Sea, Come See", opens Saturday January 9th, at 3pm for wine & nibbles; & continues thereafter every Friday, Saturday & Sunday in January, 10am to 5pm-ish.
This exhibition showcases the broad media used in Kim's practice & her passion for all things textile, as well as her penchant for unusual materials. You can expect to see new work, including multimedia artworks for the wall & small-scale sculptural pieces; extremely fine hand-woven scarves; cushions - hand screenprinted and/or embroidered; small bags; jewellery.
As per last year, some lucky person will win one of Kim's signature hand-woven scarves - hope its me.
